Sapphire Connected Communities, a leader in smart property technology for multifamily communities, today announced a new integration with myQ®, a leading access control provider in the multifamily industry. The partnership delivers a fully connected experience for property management companies, reducing operational workload while enhancing resident, staff, and vendor access control.
Through this integration, property managers using the Sapphire platform can now manage myQ access features directly from their existing Sapphire dashboard — eliminating the need to switch between multiple software systems.

Seamless Move-In / Move-Out: When residents are moved in through Sapphire, they’re automatically moved in within myQ, triggering a Sapphire welcome email and provisioning access PIN codes. Move-outs automatically revoke both Sapphire and myQ credentials simultaneously, including smart home access.
Unified Access Management: Assign and manage credentials for residents, staff, and vendors directly from Sapphire. No need to manage two dashboards.
Vendor Access Control: Extend temporary or recurring vendor access to common areas and units for work orders, with full control from the Sapphire platform.
Live Connectivity Monitoring: View the online/offline status of controllers and access readers from Sapphire.
Comprehensive User Management: Update groups, schedules, and credentials within Sapphire without needing to access the myQ dashboard.
Centralized Scheduling: Review and manage access schedules and groups in one place.
